With strong expertise, Vesna has been able to offer an extensive range of advice on complex immigration matters to corporate and individual clients.

Vesna specialises in advising companies on global mobility strategy and on all aspects of the sponsorship licence process and migrants’ relocation. In particular, she has developed expertise in Tier 2 applications for dentists, IT specialists and different artists within the film industry.

Vesna’s keen interest has always been family immigration and advising on strategies for joining family members in the UK. This led her to her be invited to take part in the Channel 4 TV show Rich House Poor House to discuss spousal visa issues.

Vesna’s experience and in-depth knowledge has contributed to VC Legal (UK) winning many successful appeals at the First-Tier and Upper Tribunal for nationals from: Angola, Armenia, China, Ghana, Iraq, Jamaica, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lebanon, Malawi, Mongolia, Nigeria, Serbia, Sierra Leone, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, the Ukraine and many more. Vesna also carries out the most complex immigration work that requires managing cases and lodging Judicial Review claims to the High Court of Justice Administrative Court and, in such circumstances, she works closely with barristers from the Lamb Building Chambers and other chambers.  Our published case is the Upper Tribunal judgment in Shebel  (Entrepreneur: proof of contracts) [2014] UKUT 00216 (IAC)  that now  provides guidance in immigration law.
